Additional Costs
Additional services are provided by third parties. Prices can change without advance notice. We appreciate your understanding and we’ll do our best to keep things up to date.
Charter Pack 370€
Mandatory fee for cleaning, laundry, and consumables. Payable in cash at check-in.
Fuel and Port Fees (not included)
The yacht is delivered with a full fuel tank and must be returned the same way.
- Fuel cost: approx. €150–€350 (depending on fuel prices, weather, and itinerary)
- Port/marina fees: €0–€500 (depending on itinerary).
Skipper or Cook 215€ per day (optional)
We highly recommend hiring a professional skipper—even if you’re certified. It allows you to fully relax, avoid potential damage costs, and benefit from expert local knowledge, including access to hidden spots. For the ultimate vacation experience, we can also arrange a private onboard cook who will take care of provisioning and prepare all meals during your trip.
- Skipper: €1,505 per week + meals
- Cook: €1,505 per week + meals
If meals are provided as a cash allowance, the minimum is €30 per person per day.
All crew is payable in cash at check-in.
If you think a professional skipper is expensive, try an amateur.
Charter Insurance (recommended)
The yacht is fully insured. We still recommend taking additional charter insurance —especially if you choose a refundable security deposit. Optional cover can include things like cancellation insurance and deposit protection.
Recommended insurance providers:
Extra Equipment (optional)
- Kayak: 100 €/week
- Stand up paddleboard (SUP): 100 €/week
- Safety Net (installed): 200 €/charter
- Extra Linen: 10 €/person
- Beach Towels: 10 €/towel
Questions & Answers
Bareboat Skipper Requirements
The skipper is responsible for the safety of the yacht and all onboard. For bareboat charters in Greece, one certified skipper and one experienced crew member (both over 18) are required. Certifications must meet offshore sailing standards (day and night, beyond 12 nm) and be presented in English. The skipper should be confident with docking, mooring, anchoring, and navigation.
Accepted certifications include ICC Sail, IPC, ASA 104 (or higher), NauticEd SLC, RYA, IYT, and equivalent national licenses.
Please confirm your qualifications with us in advance and bring original certificates onboard. The marina staff reserves the right to refuse handover if sufficient competence is not demonstrated.
By signing the charter agreement, you confirm that you and your crew are capable of safely operating the yacht within the planned cruising area.
For a more relaxed experience, we recommend hiring a professional skipper—allowing you to fully unwind while benefiting from expert handling and local insight.
Mandatory Security Deposit / Damage Waiver
Bareboat charters have two options:
- Non-refundable Damage Waiver: €500 (added to the charter price)
- Refundable Security Deposit: €3,500 (paid in cash at check-in). The deposit is returnable at the end of the charter minus any damages.
If you choose the Security Deposit, we strongly recommend that you also obtain a deposit insurance.
For skippered charters, the Damage Waiver Option is required
Embarkation and Disembarkation
The yacht will be delivered clean, disinfected, with fresh linens, and with full fuel and water tanks. It must be returned in the same condition, including full fuel and water tanks.
The yacht must be returned to the charter base on the evening before disembarkation, no later than 18:00 (6:00 p.m.), with the final night spent in port. Please note that the time required for check-in and check-out procedures is included in the charter period.
During check-in, the base team will review all safety equipment and operating procedures, and conduct a full technical briefing and inspection of the yacht. The same procedure will be carried out at the end of the charter to verify the yacht’s condition and equipment, including:
- Safety equipment
- Cooking and refrigeration
- Heads and showers
- All instruments, including GPS
- Charts and pilot books
- Halyards, winches, reefing lines, rigging, and controls
- Anchor system
- Dinghy and engine
- Other onboard systems
This ensures a smooth and safe experience for all charterers.

Provisions and Supplies
While the marina has a small, albeit pricey, shop, we suggest taking a 10-minute walk to the well-stocked Kritikos Supermarket for more extensive shopping. They offer a wide range of products and will deliver your purchases to the marina free of charge. Plan for 2–3 hours to complete provisioning and preparing the boat.
Internet
If you have an EU mobile plan, you will likely have adequate internet access with free roaming in Greece. Some non-EU carriers also include roaming in Greece; please check with your provider. Alternatively, internet access packages can often be purchased online.
Important Note: When near the Turkish coast, your phone may automatically connect to a Turkish network, leading to significant roaming charges. To avoid this, we recommend manually setting your phone to a Greek network to prevent it from switching to a stronger Turkish signal.
For your convenience, we can provide a Wi-Fi router for onboard internet (subject to GSM coverage) with unlimited data for €90 per charter week.
